Independence Day Parade & Fireworks

Celebrate Independence Day in Provincetown!

The 4th of July Parade begins at 11:00 AM in the East end and proceeds down Commercial Street.

Then enjoy the fireworks at dusk, (approximately 9PM), from MacMillan Pier over the harbor!

As has been the case since the non-binding resolution was passed by Town Meeting voters, these will be “low noise” – but not silent – fireworks. This means that the fireworks will mostly look and sound the same, but the big, concussive “booms” that are most disturbing to people, pets, and wildlife have been removed from the show.
