Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum’s Annual Lighting Ceremony

The Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum’s Annual Lighting ceremony will take place at 6:00 p.m. on November 11th on High Pole Hill for the event. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. to the public. This is a no-cost event. The inclined elevator will be running prior to the Lighting ceremony, but not after.

The Monument will be lit every night from dusk till dawn as we move into the New Year of 2025!

Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum’s Annual Lighting Ceremony

Back by popular demand, the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum’s Annual Lighting Ceremony will return to hosting the public back on High Pole Hill on Saturday November 11th at 6pm.

The Annual Lighting of the Pilgrim Monument celebrates the Pilgrims’ First Landing in the New World in Provincetown on November 11, 1620.

The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. to the public. This is a no-cost event. The inclined elevator will be running prior to the Lighting ceremony, but not after.

The Monument will be lit every night from dusk till dawn as we move into the New Year of 2024!
